It is most important to remain calm in the mind.we can start it by changing one habbit of the morning!we wake up and the first thing we do is we take mobile phones and start checking msgs on social media! it’s wrong
After waking up First we should be relaxed for few minutes fresh up after that we can do things like exercise, read newspaper, playing with children’s etc.than after we can check our mobile phones.this will help us to be strong and also feel fresh..
Actually the world we are living in,there are only screens arround us,in office in homes in car’s everywhere.this little habbit will help you to keep your mind calm.
